Any O2ptima rebreather uses four oxygen sensors. These sensors are threaded into the sensor disk mounted inside the electronics head. Dive Rite uses Analytical Industries, Inc. type R22D sensors.

- Prepare screenshots of the failed sensors reading in Air and O2, and a screenshot of unit calibration history. Provide photos of the sensor showing the serial number, end of life date, the condition of the Molex pins, and sensing face. Advise Dive Rite of installation date and expected 12-month expiration date. Note: End of Life date includes 12 months of use and 6 months of shelf life
